Odds are you have reached this page because you have already heard of me through word-of-mouth, or know me from somewhere I've worked, so I'll skip the paragraph about my dedication to achieving your goals, etc. For a PT, that should be a given,
To briefly characterise my style of instruction:
No-nonsense and to the point but we will laugh a lot during each hour.
You may be paying me, but that doesn't mean you're always going to like what I have to tell you.
I don't high-five.
If I (or any PT) doesn't answer a health & fitness question starting with "It depends..." they're either lying to you, selling to you, or don't know the answer and won't admit it.
You won't like the music I play.
Most of my sessions are held in parks and gyms, but this can be discussed and arranged in advance.
