Odds are you have reached this page because you have already heard of me through word-of-mouth, or know me from somewhere I've worked, so I'll skip the paragraph about my dedication to achieving your goals, etc. For a PT, that should be a given,

To paraphrase my style of instruction:

  • No-nonsense and to the point.

  • But we will laugh a lot during each hour.

  • You may be paying me, but that doesn't mean you're always going to like what I have to tell you.

  • I don't high-five.

  • If I (or any PT) doesn't answer a health & fitness question starting with "It depends..." they're either lying to you, selling to you, or don't know the answer and won't admit it.

  • You won't like the music I play.

My house is located between Oval & Stockwell tube stations. The private back garden is where most PT sessions are conducted.
It is also possible to train in one of the nearby parks (usually either Clapham Common or Kennington Park).
